Engineering Exams - Registration Started
The next semester RVD exams are starting from
19.06.2010. You are requested to submit Registration
form and Exam Form along
with the fees on or before 25th, February 2010, to us
for onward transmission to the University. B.Tech / Semester
fee Rs.15350/- and Diploma/ Semester Rs.13350/- including exam
fees & study materials (Late fee additional) DD in favor of
"JRN Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University" payable at Udaipur. or
Fee can be paid in any branches of the ICICI Bank by means of
Electronic Fund Transfer System for direct credit (no cash
deposits) to ICICI Bank, Nungambakkam, Chennai-600034, Account
Number 000905017851 , "Indian Institute of Knowledge Management"
IIKM.Overseas students can email the scanned copy of the filled
registration forms with photos.(* for earlier
batches the old fee is applicable)

Convocation details
of Vinayaka Missions University

Application Download
1. All the eligible candidates who have completed
their study applied for their Final Provisional Pass Certificate
may submit their convocation application directly by Registered
post to IIKM Chennai office. 2. 'IN PERSON' means
that the candidate has to be present himself/herself physically
at the time of convocation to receive the Degree. 'IN ABSENTIA'
means that the presence of the candidate at the time of convocation
is not required and the Degree Certificate will be sent by post
after the convocation. 3. Application for receiving a Degree
'IN PERSON' should reach his office in time fixed by the University.
The exact date of Convocation will be notified in the Dailies.
4. The following duly attested by a Gazetted Officer should
be enclosed with this application (a) copy of SSLC mark sheet
(b) copy of HSC/Equivalent Mark Sheet (c) Copy of (final) Provisional
Pass Certificate (d) copy of the Under Graduate degree certificate
in the case of P.G. applicants. 5. The following should also
be enclosed (a) Two copies of candidate's latest passport size
colour photographs put in a small envelope. (Name, Program,
Registration Number should be written on the back side of one
copy) 6. (a) The Convocation fees is Rs.1500/- - The DD must
be taken in favour of "Director, Directorate of Distance
Education, VMU" -The last date of Convocation application

Information to M.Phil Candidates.
The university has taken the following decisions for minimizing the hard ships and difficulties faced by the candidates in getting guide paper marks in time.
- The Candidates and Guides are informed that the Third
Specialization paper (PaperIII) will be conducted by Vinayaka
mission University only along with Paper I & paper II
..
- The University Examination for these papers will be announced
along with the Examination notification. The Guides need
not send any marks of the Guide paper to the University
as the guide paper is abolished.
- There will be no Viva-Voce - Examination for the M.phil
Candidates either from the Guide or from the University.
- Dissertation Should be submitted to the University with
Guide Marks and this also will be valued by an External
Examiner Appointed by the University. Dissertation Should
reach the University as on before 30.11.2009. Guide
Evaluation form of Dissertation has to be submitted seperately
to our Office. All Dessertation formats are available
on our site www.iikm.net.
- The Candidates who have registered for M.Phil Programmes
have to pay the following fee on (or) before 30th Nov 2009
with out fine.
- The Candidates who find difficulties in the selection
of the guides may approach the M.Phil Section for getting
the list of recognised Guides.
- The candidate who have passed the M.Phil Examination.
here after need not submit separate application form for
provisional certificate.
Practical record
books has to be submitted to IIKM on or before
25.12.09, enabling us to forward the Lab Marks & records
to the University.(Record books are mandatory for assigning
the Lab Internal Marks)
Note:-
Candidates are strongly advised to clear the fee dues at the
earliest. Please note that the services of the university and
this office will be continued only on receipt of the due amount.
Text books are available at our office and students who have
not collected the books may collect it from our office.

Specification for Project/Dissertation documentation :
1. A4 size 2. Cover page format
is attached 3. Hard bound ( not spiral bound) 4. If it is an
in-plant project or done for a company/organization, supporting
letter from the organization to be attached 5. Self declaration
by the candidate. 6. A single project can be done by a maximum
of 2 students.7. No. of project copies to be submitted to the
University:2 .
Final year MBA project : Project
could be in any of the specializations chosen by the candidate.
(Last date of submission of project report for this session
is on or before 25.12.'09)
Provisional & Degree Certificates:
For those who completed their course, have to apply on a
separate form for Provisional & Degree certificates along
with their attested copies of certificates from 10th(SSLC) onwards
till the final semester of the respective courses and other
eligibility certificates; for example, experience certificates
for lateral entry MBA. (Current session students have to
apply on or before 30.11.2009)
Students
has to submit their Lab reports on or before 30.06.2009.
Students have to prepare assignments for each subject (minimum
10-15 pages) and submit before 30.11.2009 for the current session.
Internal marks will be given for attendance, submission of assignments
and class performance – Max. 25 marks.
The
Global Open University (TGOU)- 2nd year- Registrations
TGOU
2nd year registration are started. As the next semester exams
are expected on June 2010 month, you are requested to submit
the Second year course fee, Registration form and Exam Form
along with the required fees on or before 15th,
February 2010, to us for onward transmission to the
University. Download the TGOU 2nd year Registration
form.
M.Tech
/ M.S Yearly fee is Rs.21,125 (Rs.15,125/-. "The Global Open
University" Payable at Dimapur/ Bangalore, Rs.6,000/-
by cash, DD or Cheque in favour of "Indian Institute of Knowledge
Management" payable at Chennai or Fee can be paid in any branches
of the ICICI Bank by means of Electronic Fund Transfer System
(no cash deposits allowed) for direct credit to ICICI Bank,
Nungambakkam, Chennai-600034, Account Number 000905017851, "Indian
Institute of Knowledge Management". Overseas students can email
the scanned copy of the filled registration forms with photos
and payment details.
Note:
- Students are advised to pay their fees on or before the above
dates to avoid late fee fine (Fine may go up-to Rs.2000/-) and
extra fees is applicable for book materials. Also the Exam fees
Rs.2000/- that need to pay separately.
